How workshop registration information is used.

This course portal collects your full name, email address, selected workshop cohort, registration time and access expiry time. This information is used only to provide workshop access and to help authorised trainers administer attendance.

Who can see the information

Authorised trainers using the trainer console can view registrations for their cohorts and export the registration list for workshop administration.

What is not collected

The portal does not ask learners to create a password. Cohort access codes are not stored as readable text. Do not enter personal, confidential, commercial, security or live operational data into the learning tools.

Retention

Registration records should be retained only for as long as the programme’s administration requirements need them. Contact your programme organiser if you have a question about your workshop registration.
